The fight to survive

To all those men out there struggling, there’s one thing you need to realize: you need to fight.

You need to fight a corrupted system, you need to fight mediocrity and you need to fight off your own darkness.

Modern society likes to keep you placated by providing just enough to keep you settled - shitty movies and tv-series (I will write a post in future on why you should stop watching movies and series.), delicious poisonous food delivered to your door etc. But when your life is turned upside down by illness, job loss or perhaps a woman showing you how cruel the world can be, you might fall in your own hole. This hole can be deep and can lead to thoughts of suicide.
What is suicide? To me it’s giving up. You have lost the will to live. You can’t go on.
If you find yourself in this place you need to find your inner warrior and fight like hell to a better place. Get angry if you need to. Male anger is seen as an extremely antisocial and destructive force. It is seen this way because it has the power to destroy and start again. The status quo is always liked to be maintained, and is threatened by aggression.

The god Shiva was the god of creation and destruction. To quote the Red Hot Chilli Peppers - “destruction leads to a very rough road but it also breeds creation”. This is why when you are in a dark place you need to hit that warrior button and destroy your current inner and outer situation to breed a new one.
That’s why I will always advice you to go to gym, learn communication skills, play sports, etc... It takes that fighting energy and puts it somewhere. A productive somewhere. You see yourself creating a new physical reality as well as producing the right hormones in your body to get you out of a funk. You could also join a martial arts club. Running is way better than doing nothing and wasting time on screen. Just don’t wallow. Fight your way out as best you can and take action.
If you think you’re doing well, you may read this and think that it seems extreme or unrealistic. But we know suicide rates among men are very high at the moment and thoughts of suicide by men is probably much higher than people think. Fighting energy is what combats this, and it’s a huge part of what it means to be a man. Even if you think you’re doing ok, you are probably hiding something from yourself that you actually want changed. Fighting energy and action will be your solution.

 TAKE ACTION!!!!
